1. Product overview

 

"Ring network cabinet" is a collective term for load switchgear and combination electrical cabinet applied to ring network supply units. HXGN type indoor high voltage vacuum load switchgear (ring network cabinet) is a three-phase AC indoor high voltage power distribution equipment. It has the advantages of non-oil, non-toxic, non-ignition and explosion hazard, and is equipped with manual and electric operating mechanisms at the same time, which provides the prerequisites for automatic control and remote control. This ring network cabinet conforms to the relevant provisions of GB3906, IEC60420 and other standards. 

 

2. Product use

 

It is suitable for 10kV ring network power supply unit and terminal power supply unit for accepting, controlling and distributing electric energy, especially suitable for the protection of distribution transformers.

 

3. Environmental conditions of product use

 

(1) Ambient temperature: indoor maximum +40 °C, lowest - 25 °C;

 

(2) Environmental relative humidity: daily average relative humidity is not more than 95%, monthly average relative humidity is not more than 90%;

 

(3) Altitude: not more than 1000 meters;

 

(4) Earthquake intensity: not more than 8 degrees;

 

(5) Places without fire, explosion hazard, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

It is widely used in power distribution systems in urban power grids, industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings, schools, parks and other places.

1. HXGN type ring network cabinet is mainly assembled by load switch and its combination electrical appliance and metal cabinet, according to the different installation directions of switch electrical appliances, the cabinet has two basic cabinet types; Side loading cabinets and formal loading cabinets.  The side mounting cabinet occupies a small area, and the consolidation cabinet is convenient and simple;  Formal cabinets facilitate maintenance and cable installation. 

 

2. The cabinet structure of the ring network cabinet adopts profile or aluminum zinc steel plate bending, with firm structure, good sealing, and IP3X shell protection level. After treatment, the surface of the steel plate is coated by epoxy powder spraying process, which is beautiful and firm. 

 

3. The ring network cabinet is designed as two completely isolated metal partitions: busbar room and switch room, without additional isolation plates, so as to safely repair and replace the fuse. The busbar room is closed by metal, the busbar is connected by a wall casing, and according to the requirements, a fully isolated instrument room can be provided in front of the busbar room, and secondary equipment is specially installed. The switch room is mainly installed with primary equipment and cable connection, and its cabinet doors and switches realize five-proof mechanical interlocking, which is simple and reliable. The cabinet door is equipped with an observation window to facilitate the observation of the isolation break and check the operating status. 

 

4. The top of the ring network cabinet is equipped with a pressure release device, there is a pressure release channel in the cabinet, and when the internal failure occurs, limit the spread of the accident, and the huge energy is directed to release to ensure personal safety. There is a grounding copper bus bar under the front of the cabinet.
