The design of Renda Power's universal DC power screen refers to the Ministry of Electric Power's "DL/T5044-2004", "JB/5777.2-2002" and "JB/5777.3-2002" and other related technical standards, which can reliably meet the power supply requirements of DC control power supply and high and low voltage switch switching and closing under normal or abnormal conditions of the transmission and distribution system. It is widely used in DC operation power supply requirements of substations below 500KV and power plants below 600,000KW.

 

GZRD series power universal DC screen adopts integrated design ideas, which is composed of rectifier module, monitoring module and silicon chain step-down control; It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient screen grouping, and low screen setting cost; The monitoring module adopts LCD Chinese character menu display, which has perfect system monitoring and battery automatic management functions, and has four remote RS232/RS485 interfaces connected to the automation system.

Renda GZRD series intelligent DC screen is widely used in various power plants, substations, airports, ports, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields.

Functional features
★ It is suitable for DC system opening and closing stations below 100AH, small user stations;
★ Three 220V7A or three 110V10A modules can be installed to provide 220V/21A or (110V30A) DC power supply;
★ The module and monitoring unit adopt a live hot-swappable structure, which is compact in one bay;
★ The monitoring module adopts LCD Chinese character menu display, which can realize system parameter setting, parameter display, system fault indication and system calibration;
★ The monitor completes the combination of mother, control voltage and control current. Battery charging current detection, no external wiring and external sensors required;
★ The monitor has the function of automatic battery management;
★ The monitor has the function of silicon chain step-down automatic control, which can realize the function of automatic voltage regulation of the controller;
★ Small system can expand three-phase AC voltage detection, 19 battery voltage detection function;
★ Provide communication interface RS232/RS485, and RTU, CDT, MODBUS three communication protocol options, can be connected with automation system
