1. Product overview
XGN15-12 switchgear full name is XGN15-12 AC high voltage metal closed ring network switchgear, it is a kind of medium and high voltage ring network switchgear independently developed and produced by Renda according to market needs.
This equipment complies with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC298 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1KV and below 52KV", and China's GB3906 "3-35KV AC
Metal-enclosed switchgear", DL404 and CQC's CCC national compulsory certification content, and has a complete anti-misoperation function.
2. Product use
XGN15-12 AC high voltage metal closed ring network switchgear is suitable for AC 50HZ, 10KV power network, the system is used to receive and distribute electric energy.
3. Environmental conditions for product use
(1) Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40 lower limit -35;
(2) The altitude does not exceed 2500m (when it exceeds 2500m, it can be produced in consultation with the technical department of our company);
(3) Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;
(4) No regular severe vibration;
(5) The surrounding air is not obviously polluted by corrosive gases or combustible gases, water vapor, etc.

The ring network cabinet body is riveted and formed by 2mm thick aluminum-zinc plate, and there are two pressure relief holes in the back plate of the cabinet, one for the cable room and the other for the load switch/busbar room. This structure maximizes personal safety and the reliability of operating equipment. Compartments:
1. Busbar room: The busbar room is located on top of the cabinet and connects the adjacent switchgear.
2. The load switch is a stand-alone unit filled with SF6 gas inside.
3. Electrical cables: About 75% of the space is used for cable connections, fuses, grounding switches and PT and CT installations.
4. Mechanism chamber and interlock
: The chamber contains the interlock of the operating mechanism and the mechanism as well as position indication, auxiliary contact, trip coil, live display and interlock.
5. Low pressure box
: The low pressure box is on the top of the cabinet and is optional. The chamber is used to install special devices such as instrumentation / relays and motor units.
6. Circuit breaker chamber: A circuit breaker (SF6 or vacuum) can be placed under the load switch.
7. Pressure release:
(1) Pressure relief above: The above is used to release the gas pressure generated by arc accidents inside the bus bar and load switch room.
(2) The following pressure release: The following is used to release the gas pressure generated during an arc accident inside the cable chamber.
