HXGNl-5A box-type (fixed) AC metal closed ring network switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring network cabinet) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical products designed and developed by our company to digest and absorb foreign advanced technology, combined with China's power supply requirements, and is suitable for urban power grid transformation and construction. The product has passed type test and long-term trial operation assessment, the performance has reached the IEC298 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment" standard, and has reliable anti-misoperation measures that meet the requirements of Part II, the protection level reaches IP2X, small size, light weight, simple operation, small operating force, safe use, convenient maintenance, stable and reliable quality. It will not cause fire and explosion accidents, reliable wall installation, small footprint and other characteristics. After comparative analysis and expert appraisal with relevant foreign data, the main technical parameters of the product have reached the level of similar foreign products.

2. Product use

Ring network cabinet is a new type of switchgear designed for urban power grid transformation and construction needs. In the power supply system, it is also used as breaking load current and short-circuit current and closing short-circuit current, and is suitable for AC 3-10kV, 50Hz power distribution system. As a ring network power supply unit and terminal equipment, it plays the spring operating mechanism of electric energy, which can be operated manually or electrically.

Ring network cabinet is suitable for three-phase power distribution system with rated voltage of 10kV and rated frequency of 50Hz in factories and mines, residential areas, high-rise buildings, schools, parks and other places, as a purpose for receiving and distributing electric energy. It can be used for ring network power supply and terminal power supply.

There are two forms of ring network cabinet shell: one is composed of a closed structure composed of basic skeleton, top plate, panel, side plate, etc., the basic skeleton is made of cold-rolled steel plate bending and welding, and the top plate, panel and side plate are made of steel plate; The other is a closed structure composed of left plate, bottom plate, top plate, panel and column, etc., and the basic frame is bent and assembled by imported aluminum-zinc steel plate. The top of the ring cabinet is a busbar room, and the front of the busbar room is an instrument room, separated by steel plates or epoxy resin sheets. The upper part of the cabinet is the load switch room, and the middle and lower parts are the cable entry and exit room and other electrical component rooms. The main components of the ring network cabinet are load switch, grounding switch, fuse, current transformer, voltage transformer, lightning arrester, capacitor, high-voltage live display, etc. The instrument room can be equipped with voltmeters, ammeters, lighting switches, indicators and operating components. On the terminal block at the bottom of the instrument room, a terminal block for the secondary circuit and a protective fuse can be installed. The instrument room of the metering cabinet can be equipped with a work electricity meter, reactive power meter, peak and valley meter, quantifier, etc. Its main features are as follows:

(1) Fully insulated, fully sealed, fully shielded structure, no insulation distance, and resistant to heavy pollution, condensation, flooding, to meet outdoor all-weather operating conditions. 

(2) Compact structure, small size, simple installation, convenient operation and maintenance. Service life 30 years.

(3) Outdoor box materials are all made of surface sprayed aluminum-zinc steel plate, the thickness is not less than 1.5mm, with strong corrosion resistance, box parts are sheet metal components, shall not use welding process, light weight, beautiful and generous. 

(4) The box body has sufficient mechanical strength and does not deform during lifting, transportation and installation. 

(5) The box is equipped with sufficient vents and heat insulation measures to ensure that the temperature rise of all electrical equipment does not exceed its maximum allowable value during normal operation. 

(6) All doors of the box are open outward, the opening angle is greater than 90°, and there is a positioning mounting. All doors are sealed and fitted with handles, latches and doors with external padlock holes. 

(7) The inclination of the top cover of the box body is not less than 3°, and a rainproof eaves are installed. 

(8) The height of the outer box must be less than 1800mm, and the cable is fixed at the bottom of the box with resin insulating clamps. 

(9) The internal components and descriptions of the outer box adopt Chinese logos, and the box is equipped with eye-catching safety signs. There are warning signs that say "high voltage hazard" all around. 

(10) All screws, screws, wiring grooves, gaskets, etc. in the box are made of anti-rust materials. The base of the box and all exposed metal parts are treated with rust protection and coated with a durable protective layer. The upper and lower parts of the box are respectively equipped with dustproof and rainproof shutters. 

(11) The electrical components of the high-voltage room installed inside have durable and clear nameplates and are fixed in clearly visible positions. The contents marked on the nameplate are clearly visible and include the following: name, model, manufacturer name, date of manufacture, rated voltage, rated current, weight, etc. 

(12) Each circuit inlet and outlet line is equipped with 1 set of live displays, and has nuclear phase function, and each circuit is equipped with short circuit and ground two-in-one fault indicator. The panel is equipped with a live indicator, fault indicator, nuclear phase hole, and opening and closing position indication.

(13) Two cables can be connected to each circuit inlet and outlet line. 

(14) If the ring network cabinet is equipped with a PT cabinet, the PT cabinet is equipped with 2 voltage transformers, the transformation ratio is 10/0.1KV, the accuracy level of the secondary side is 0.5, the standard VV wiring method is adopted, and the secondary capacity is 100VA. The cabinet is equipped with zinc oxide arrester, lightning arrester bus side, PT cabinet is equipped with heater, PT protection fuse, 24VDC charger and high-quality maintenance-free battery, the service life of the battery is more than 5 years. 

(15) Vacuum switch and load switch can realize manual and electric operation functions, and reserve the installation space of distribution network automation interface and RTU. 

(16) All installation and operation work is carried out on the front of the box, which makes the installation and operation maintenance work very convenient and simple.
