1. Product overview   

 

The technical standards fully comply with IEC439 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB4720 "Low voltage electrical control equipment", GB7251 "Low voltage switchgear", ZBK2004 "JK AC low voltage electronic control equipment" and other standards. The main technical performance indicators of the products reached the level of similar products in advanced foreign industrial countries in the early 80s.

 

2. Product use

 

The JK type AC low-voltage electronic control equipment is used for various cage and winding electric buckle control in the low-voltage control system with AC 50Hz rated voltage of 380V, 660V and rated current to 3150A. At the same time, it can also be used as a low-voltage power supply of 3150A and below to receive power and auxiliary facilities.

 

3. Environmental conditions of product use

 

(1) The upper limit of the ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40 °C, the lower limit shall not be less than -5 °C, the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed +35 °C, and the temperature during transportation and storage

 

The degree can be in the range of -25 °C to +55 °C, and the temperature of short time (not more than 24 hours) does not exceed +70 °C.

 

(2) The altitude of the installation and use site does not exceed 2000m.

 

(3) The humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40 °C, and at the lower temperature, a large relative humidity is allowed (such as +20 °C

 

90%), but it should be taken into account that moderate condensation may occasionally be produced due to temperature changes.

 

(4) The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage connected to the equipment shall ensure that the minimum value is not less than 90% of the rated working voltage value of the equipment, and the highest value is not higher than the equipment calibration amount work

 

110% of the voltage.

 

(5) When the equipment is used, the pollution level of the local environment shall not exceed level 3, (there is conductive pollution, or the dry non-conductive pollution becomes conductive due to the expected condensation

(7) The equipment should be installed in a place where there is no explosion risk and corrosive gas.

 

4. Product Classification

 

(1) According to the object of use and function, different products are pided into:

 

a) JKT type - general equipment installed in centralized combination (including: receiving and feeding equipment, cage motor direct starting electronic control equipment, cage motor decompression starting electronic control equipment, frequency-sensitive starting electronic control equipment for winding motor, resistance grading starting electronic control equipment for winding motor, auxiliary and interlocking control equipment).

 

b) JKJ type - single machine supporting cage motor Y-△ starting electronic control equipment.

 

c) JKM type - stand-alone equipped with winding motor frequency sensitive starting electronic control equipment.

 

(2) According to the different breaking capacity, it is pided into:

 

a) JKT1 type - breaking capacity of 15KA;

 

b) JKT2 type - breaking capacity of 30KA;

 

c) JKT3 type - breaking capacity of 50KA.

 

(3) According to the different products of structural form, it is pided into:

 

a) The height of the equipment used separately by the stand-alone machine is: 1200-1800mm;

 

b) The height of the equipment used for centralized combined installation is 2200mm, of which the main power receiver cabinet with high current of 1500A and above is a drawer plug-in type;

 

c) The height of the equipment used for mine installation is 1800mm (non-explosion-proof type);

 

d) Control board, size 240(480)×800mm. JK type AC low-voltage electronic control equipment is widely used in metallurgy, mining, rolling mill, petrochemical, textile, mechanical processing and other industrial and mining enterprises and power plants, power stations.

cage and winding motor control board 26 schemes, 75 specifications, rated current 16-200A;

 

d) 1 scheme and 1 specification of relay cabinet for PC interface;

 

e) 27 schemes of mining general power receiving and motor control cabinet, 85 specifications, rated current 16-630A;

 

f) Cage motor Y-△ starting cabinet (stand-alone support) 1 scheme, 7 specifications, rated current 40-630A;

 

g) Winding motor frequency-sensitive rheostat starting cabinet (stand-alone support) 2 schemes, 20 specifications, rated current 40-630A.

 

3. The protection level conforms to IEC259 and GB4208 standards.

 

IP20-Solid protection greater than ∮12mm (all products fully satisfied).

 

IP30 - The protection level of products used and exported in tropical areas (including dry and humid hot areas) should meet IP30. Based on the IP20 protection level, the capacity is appropriately reduced, and the manufacturer should combine the engineering to deal with the ventilation method of the cabinet shell (for example, the original louver ventilation window on the shell is changed to a metal mesh plate with a built-in mesh size of less than 2.5×2.5mm).

 

IP41 - protection against solids larger than ∮1mm and anti-drip (suitable for mining general products).
