The full name of GGD switchgear is GGD indoor fixed low-voltage switchgear.
The design of GGD switchgear is a technological progress development project issued by the Ministry of Energy, and designed by the joint design and development team of low-voltage switchgear of the Ministry of Energy. The low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is now widely used by power users.
This equipment conforms to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC439-1 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", China's GB7251-1997 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", China's national standards and machinery industry association JB/T9661-1999 standard content, and in line with CQC's CCC national compulsory certification standard.

3. Environmental conditions of product use

Product structure features
1. The cabinet of GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution complete set of switchgear adopts the formation of general cabinet, the frame is partially welded with 8 cold-formed steel, and the frame parts and special supporting parts are produced and supplied by our factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
2. The parts of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle, and there are 20 module mounting holes, and the general coefficient is high. It is possible to realize pre-production in the factory. It not only shortens the production and manufacturing cycle, but also improves work efficiency.
3. GGD cabinet design fully consider the heat dissipation slot hole in the cabinet movement, when the electrical components in the cabinet heat, the heat rises, through the upper end slot hole, and the cold air is constantly replenished into the cabinet by the lower end slot hole, so that the sealed cabinet body from bottom to top to form a natural ventilation channel.
4. In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial production modeling design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the shape of the cabinet and the pision size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous.
5. The cabinet door is connected with a shaft movable hinge, the structure is connected, and it is easy to install and disassemble. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber strip, and the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke when the door is closed, which can prevent the door from colliding directly with the cabinet and also improve the protection level of the door.
6. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-stranded soft copper wire. The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected with knurled washers between the frame, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.
7. The surface of the cabinet body is treated by high-pressure electrostatic spraying process. It has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte color, which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
8. The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when needed, so that the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site, the four corners of the cabinet roof are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipment.
9. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20~IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
