1. Product overview
GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by the two joint design groups according to the requirements of the industry authorities, the majority of power users and design units, which conforms to the national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can meet the development needs of the power market and can compete with the existing introduced products. 2. Product use
In large-scale power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with a high degree of automation and requiring computer interface, as a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage 380 (400) n, 660v, rated current of 4000A and below, power distribution, motor centralized control, reactive power compensation use of low voltage formation

3. Environmental conditions of product use
(1) The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 °C and not lower than -5 °C. The average temperature within a 24-hour period must not be +35°C. When it is exceeded, it needs to be operated according to the actual situation.
(2) For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.
(3) The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40 °C, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20 °C

(4) The inclination of the device to the vertical surface does not exceed 50 °C, and the whole group of cabinets is relatively flat (in line with GBJ232-82 standard).

1. The main frame adopts 8MF type open section steel, and the two sides of the section steel have φ9.2mm mounting holes with modulus of 20mm and 100mm respectively, and the internal installation is flexible and convenient.
2. The main frame assembly form is designed as two types, fully assembled structure and part (side frame and beam) welded structure for users to choose.
3. The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and their compartments are pided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms. The role of each chamber is relatively independent.
4. The horizontal main bus bar adopts the counter flat arrangement to enhance the ability of the bus bar to resist electric power, so that the main circuit of the device has the basic measure of high short-circuit strength capability.
5. The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for the cable to go up and down.
6. Improve the heat capacity of the adapter, and greatly reduce the additional temperature rise brought by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head and partition plate.
7. The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit does not affect the work of other units, so that the fault is limited to the minimum range.
8. The flat arrangement of the busbar makes the dynamic and thermal stability of the device good, and can withstand the impact of 80/176KA short-circuit current.
9. The number of loops of MCC cabinet single cabinet is up to 22 times, which fully considers the needs of large single-capacity power plants, petrochemical systems and other industries of automated electric door (machine) groups.
10. The connection between the device and the external cable is completed in the cable compartment, and the cable can be right up and down. The zero-sequence current transformer is placed in the cable compartment, which makes the installation and maintenance convenient.
11. The same power distribution system can limit the short-circuit current through the current-limiting reactor matching, stabilize the bus voltage at a certain value, and partially reduce the requirements for the short-circuit strength of components.
12. The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit), which can meet the requirements of the number of docking points of computer interface and automatic control loop.
13. The modulus of the drawer floor height is 160mm. It is pided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of the unit loop is 400A and below.
14. The drawer changes only in the height dimension, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit are well interchangeable.
15. Each MCC cabinet can be installed with up to 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers.
16. The drawer inlet and outlet line adopts the same specification of the same specification of the connector with different number of pieces according to the current size.
The transfer between the 17.1/2 unit drawer and the cable room adopts the backplane structure ZJ-2 type adapter.
18. The adapter between the unit drawer and the cable room adopts the same size rod or tube structure ZJ-1 adapter according to the current binning.
19. The drawer panel has obvious signs of the position of pision, closing, testing, extraction, etc.
20. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlock device.
